DxTx Medical Launches Interface Device Service & Repair Program
DxTx Medical now offers a comprehensive Interface Device Service and Repair program for every device the company manufactures. The newly launched program supports current OEM scanner vendors General Electric, Siemens and Philips.
Repair and maintenance will be conducted by DxTx Medical highly experienced service engineers and backed by the R&D team. These industry veterans combine for decades of experience in medical device manufacturing and repair, making them uniquely qualified to expertly service the equipment. In fact, every repair and maintenance are guaranteed with a six-month warranty.
The program features a full electrical analysis versus spot repairs, as well as proprietary test fixture equipment and procedures. Services include component-level repairs, cable repairs and cable replacements.
The DxTx Quality Management System steers the service process, which further ensures service will be completed correctly the first time around.

The MR Endorectal Coil enhances prostate MRI imaging quality by providing a high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), which enables the sensitivity needed for multi-parametric and spectroscopy imaging on 1.5 and 3.0T MRI scanners. The small field of vision and high spatial resolution images from the eCoil can assist the radiologist by delivering improved sensitivity and specificity in diagnosis and aid in treatment planning.
The eCoil presents substantial advantages with multi-parametric imaging, especially Diffusion Weighted Imaging (DWI). The eCoil’s high SNR is needed by the DWI to produce high-quality prostate imaging. The eCoil provides higher SNR, higher resolution and assists with better lesion detection, better staging and better mpMRI than existing imaging techniques.
