DxTx acquires the Pro-Tekt ERB

DxTx acquires the Pro-Tekt Endorectal Balloon product line from Bayer and renames it Pro-Tx for reintroduction

In order to expand our presence on the care continuum of prostate cancer patients, DxTx Medical has acquired Bayer’s Endorectal Balloon product line. Bayer has marketed the product under the Pro-Tekt name for more than 10 years.

DxTx Medical will continue the excellent product quality record and performance characteristics and will launch the product with the new Pro-Tx name once relevant regulatory clearances have been received.
